My approach integrates Depth Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Spirituality and Somatic Practices.

This is more than talk therapy. It’s deeper - it’s feeling, it’s intuiting, it’s in your body, in your unconscious.

It’s less analytical. In fact, the key may be getting out of your head, doing less talking, and figuring out how to truly hear what’s inside.

While we will explore the past, my focus is on how the present moment is being impacted. Yes, there’s some exploration around why this might be happening, but really it’s more focused on how to move forward and see changes.

I am a direct and transparent therapist. I am here to support you but also to challenge you. This will happen with the utmost care and respect and will be an invitation to see things from different perspectives and to keep us from remaining stuck or stagnant. 

Also, it’s not super heavy - we’ll have fun. Promise.
